Recipients and processors

As the website's server is located in Singapore, outside the European Union, contact-form messages pass through it before being sent by email, without being stored there. OVHcloud states that it has concluded the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with its subsidiaries to govern such processing. Where data may be processed in the United States by Google, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement tool and no social-media buttons. It only stores in your browser two preferences you choose: the display theme (light or dark) and the language. This information stays on your device, is not sent to anyone and is used only to keep the display you chose from one page to the next. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to a third-party service (Google Fonts or other) when you visit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to nico@nract.fr; you will receive a reply within one month.

If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr.
